Dumping of any foreign objects, including grass clippings, leaves and brush, in the road right of way is illegal.  Dumping creates a safety hazard for vehicles, farm equipment and crews working to maintain safe roadways and right-of-ways.  Any person caught dumping will be prosecuted.
